20+ projects organised by service, sector, and format. Visitors self-navigate to proof that matches their context — reducing "do they do X?" friction to zero.

CMS for non-devs

Prismic Slice Machine gives the content team full publishing control. New case studies and service pages go live without a developer in the loop.

Uganda-first performance

WebP pipeline, LQIP placeholders, video facade loading, and deferred scripts. Built and tested on 3G throttling — because that's the real-world condition.
